Join us for a magical day out on our purpose built whalewatch/swim vessel “Tropic Bird snorkeling gear and wetsuit supplied. Morning tea lunch and afternoon fruits served. It is recommended to bring a towel, sunscreen, hat, camera and a light weatherproof jacket. . Learn of the interesting behavioural patterns and habits of the magnificient humpback whale and our other ocean flora and fauna from our informative and profesional crew. Learn about whale song as we try to locate a “singer” with our onboard hydrophone. (underwater microphone)

Wildlife snorkelling day trip

A professional crew will keep you well informed on the flora and fauna we discover along the way and some interesting Tongan cultural stories and myths. With morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea supplied, this is truly a beautiful way to spend a day in Tonga!

*Please note that humpback whales are a highly intelligent wild animal and our approach is always aimed at a mutually agreed interaction with these gentle giants. For this reason it is not always possible to swim with whales on any given day.

Proffesional staff with a wealth of experience will have you anchored up in a prestine location each evening. Spend the days sailing, beach and bushwalking, birdwatching, snorkeling and caving! Whalewatching/swimming from the deck is a seasonal option between July and October.
